Friday Night Dinner Update

We are pleased to announce that Trackside Systems will be sponsoring a pasta night for all registered DOME attendees Friday night at the host hotel from 6:30-9:30pm. It will be held in the meeting room directly attached to the hotel lobby. Water, assorted soda, pasta marinara, alfredo and breadsticks will be served.  Cash bar will be available. We are also working on an additional activity with WinLight Bets!

How DOME Works:

  • The Dragstrip Operator's Meeting & Expo (DOME) 2025 will take place January 30-February 1, 2025, with a welcome reception on January 30.
  • The event features a packed schedule of panel discussions, presentations, and networking opportunities covering a wide range of topics relevant to dragstrip operators.
  • Topics include event strategy, marketing, technology, pricing, concessions, merchandise, gate operations, sponsorships, employee recruitment, safety, track operations, insurance, and sanctioning bodies.
  • The format includes panel discussions with Q&A and roundtable group discussions, moderated by Jon O'Neal and Jason Kennedy.
  • A diverse group of panelists with expertise in various areas of the drag racing industry will share their insights and experiences.
  • The event emphasizes a separation between content and commercial interests, welcoming speakers from various companies while limiting vendor tables and advertising to one per industry

What to Expect/Preparing for the Event:

Feel like a VIP in the suites at the historic former NHRA National Event venue. Rich with history and equipped with spacious tower suites, we'll overlook the track during the meetings with full food and beverage service. We'll also learn about the history and transition from being a National Event track for decades (and owned by the NHRA for a period of time) and its path to revival requiring unique promotion strategies, a new vision and smart reinvestment after the national event was moved and the track went through a period of struggling.

BRING ALL YOUR QUESTIONS AND ANYTHING YOU WOULD LIKE FEEDBACK ON! While we will have various experts in different spaces, some of the most valuable insights and ideas will come from your peers attending the event. There will be a wide ranging group of race track operators and promoters who have all worked through different types of challenges and are happy to share their insights.

PLEASE LOOK AT THE AGENDAand be prepared for roundtable discussion around the topics - we welcome participation from everyone! Stay tuned for more updates and regularly checkout dragstripexpo.com for all the latest details!
