Vendor Space: Tables will be in assigned locations, look for your name on the table. Provided: 6' table and 2 chairs No table skirting or tablecloth, bring your own. If you need power please bring extension cords. Ceiling height is 8’. Panelist/Speakers: If you are a panelist/speaker and have materials to present, a large presentation screen and audio are available. Please have an HDMI adapter ready to plug in your presentation device. Load-out: Saturday Feb. 1, 5:30pm - 7:00pm Sunday Feb. 2, 8:00am - noon Participation: We encourage vendors to attend all segments of DOME to maximize learning and networking opportunities. Vendors are included in all meals and activities. ***DOME VENDOR & SPEAKER PHILOSOPHY STATEMENT: we provide exclusivity to vendors for commercial display space at the event within their area of business. However, there is a distinct separation of CONTENT and COMMERCIAL. We welcome anybody with appropriate expertise to serve as speakers and panelists to ensure attendees get all possible insights and perspectives. For this reason, during many panel discussions you may hear from multiple people representing different companies with overlapping areas of business. However, vendor tables and service advertising are limited to one company per industry/area of business. All panelists are discouraged from self-promotion during scheduled roundtable discussions/topics and are asked to provide legitimate objective value and insights for attendees.
